01Who we are

Our Little Crew is provided by Kyle Behrend Pty Ltd (ACN 699 700 000, ABN 88 699 700 000), a company incorporated in Australia ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at hello@ourlittlecrew.app.

02The service

Our Little Crew is an app for keeping the everyday care of your animals in one place: profiles, reminders, observations, weights, photos, care sheets for sitters and summaries for vets. You can use it on your own iPhone without an account, or sign in to share a crew with other carers.

Reminders depend on your device, its settings and network conditions. We work hard to deliver them reliably, but we cannot guarantee that every notification arrives on time. Please do not rely on the app alone for time-critical medication.

03Apple and the App Store

The app is distributed through Apple's App Store and TestFlight. Your licence to use the app itself is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms sit alongside that agreement and cover the service we provide behind the app, such as accounts, shared crews and server features. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies to the app licence and these terms apply to everything else.

Apple is not responsible for the app, its content or support, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.

04Accounts and crews

• You must be at least 13 to create an account. A parent or guardian may add a younger family member to their crew as a carer.
• Sign in with Apple or an email code. Keep your Apple account and email inbox secure; anyone with access to them can access your crew.
• A crew owner decides who joins. Invitations are single-use and expire. Only invite people you trust with the whole crew's records.
• Every carer in a crew can see and edit that crew's records. Owners can remove carers at any time. Removal stops future access but cannot recall anything a carer has already exported.
• An Apple private relay address and a personal email address are treated as different accounts. We will not merge them without your request.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.

05Your content

Everything you add to the app, including profiles, notes, weights, photos and drawings, is yours. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, display and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you and your crew, and to make the exports and suggestions you ask for. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to the retention limits in our privacy policy.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the photos and details you add, including photos that show other people, and that you are entitled to keep records for the animals in your crew.

Share cards you create carry the Our Little Crew name. You may share them freely. You may not use our name, logo or illustrations for anything else without written permission.

06Not veterinary advice

Care intervals, products and doses in the app come from what you enter, based on your vet's advice or a product label. Any general care guides we include are informational only. If an animal is unwell, contact a vet.

07AI features

Optional AI features can suggest a species or breed from a photo, tidy a dictated note into fields, or draw a personal illustration. They are off until you turn them on. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or surprising. You review every suggestion before it is saved, you can edit or discard it, and you remain responsible for the records you keep. Generated drawings are decorative and are kept separate from care photographs.

We may limit how often AI features can be used to keep the service affordable and to prevent abuse.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to record or facilitate cruelty to animals;
• upload content that is abusive, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
• try to access another crew, account or our systems without permission;
• probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service, except where the law allows;
• use the AI features to generate content unrelated to animal care, or to attempt to extract our prompts or provider credentials;
• resell the service or present it as your own.

We may suspend or remove access, content or crews that break these rules. Where practical we will tell you why.

09Payments

Our Little Crew is currently free to use and contains no purchases, subscriptions or advertising. If we introduce paid features in the future, they will be sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Before any purchase you will see the price, what is included, the renewal period if it is a subscription, and how to cancel. We will update these terms and tell you before charging anything. Nothing in the app today creates a payment obligation.

10Beta versions

Versions distributed through TestFlight are pre-release software. Features may change, be removed or behave unexpectedly, and beta records may need to be reset between versions. Apple's TestFlight terms also apply to those builds. Keep your own copies of anything important by using the export feature.

11Ending the service

You can stop using the app at any time. You can delete your account from Settings; the process and its limits are described in our privacy policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or with reasonable notice if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue the shared service, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your records first.

12Liability

The Australian Consumer Law and other laws give you guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms removes them. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data that you have not exported, the actions of other carers in your crew, decisions you make in reliance on records or AI suggestions in the app, or events outside our reasonable control, including outages at Apple or our service providers. The service is provided "as is" except for the guarantees the law requires.

You agree to compensate us for claims from third parties that arise from content you upload or your breach of these terms.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

14Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version and date at the top tell you which terms apply. For material changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example with a notice in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
